Enzo
FeLV Positive Gender: Male Approximate age: 2 years old Arrived From: Greenville, NC Arrival Day: 5-21-2024 Everyone meet Enzo! This dreamboat was living underneath a college house in Greenville, NC. The college kids were happily feeding him, but when the time came to move out as the school year came to a close, they didn’t want to leave him by himself. The students reached out to a rescue in the area, (the same one the Citrus kiddos came from), and asked for help. This amazing rescue had high hopes of getting him vetted and finding him the perfect home. After coming back positive for leukemia, they knew the chances of him being adopted were very slim and got in contact with us. Enzo then made the over two hour journey over to us! We have already discovered that this guy LOVES churu and his wet food. Enzo is also a little chatter box and loves to have deep conversations with you. You can find Enzo in Room 4! Let’s all give Enzo a warm BCR welcome!

11/17/2025 Dear Supporters, It is with an incredibly heavy heart that we share the passing of our sweet Enzo. This morning it was noticed that he had a swollen neck and was immediately taken to the vet. Upon further testing and a set of x-rays, we found that Enzo had a mass pushing on his lungs. We were able to get a little over a year and a half with this loving guy and although it will never feel like enough time, we know that he was able to know nothing but love and compassion while he was here. Ever since being introduced with the kiddos of Room 4, he has had the absolute best time. He quickly made friends with his roommates and found his undying love for his catio. You would always find him snoozing away on a kuranda out there, or see him staring with deep intent at the bird feeders. Since the very day that those college kids had been feeding him, to when the rescue took him in, and to when Enzo arrived at BCR, he has been able to live his life exactly how every cat should. Knowing that there are people out there who care so deeply for other living beings and want to help them. Just like all of you at home who watch along and support Enzo and the rest of Blind Cat Rescue. We can never thank you enough. Warmest Condolences, Sam
