8/18 Morticia is a leukemia positive cat that came to us with 2 other cats from a rescue in Georgia. They had rescued them and put them in a foster home. The foster home was losing her home and the rescue had no other place to put them. They had made an appointment to euthanize them. The foster home loved these cats and made a desperate plea for their lives. She also drove 6 hours each way to bring them to us. Morticia is a very sweet girl, still pretty frightened, we think she will be happier when she is out of the quarantine cage. She is also having surgery to fix her bad eye. Update: Morticia’s eye has been taken care of. She is quite the little scrapper with the other cats. You may watch her live on her live camera HERE She is in House 2, Room 4
